If you open the pictures instead of the preview that I was looking at, you will see some pictures of our door. One last adjustment we lowered it an inch so it sits flush on the door frame. Hinges seem great.

Hi John,
Well working on the door we needed a hinge and came across this idea of 2 pieces of pvc back to back. The design we came across glued the pieces of pvc together but we decided to encapsulate them in a urethane bed. works well and the picture is attached.
