30 Day Return Policy

All purchases made at Zip Tie Domes can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at the link below with your order information and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Buyer pays return shipping fees.

No refunds will be given for download files.

Damaged or Defective Parts

If a product has been damaged in shipping or is defective, please send us a picture and description of the defect by email and we will replace it within 30 days of purchase.

Loss in Shipping or Due to Theft

If a package has been lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with United Parcel Service.

We are not responsible for any loss or theft once the package has been delivered to your location.
