The Standard Hubs are used for geodesic greenhouses, sheds, chicken coops, swimming pool covers, and other standard dome designs.

  The Standard Hubs allows a Greenhouse to be covered with 1 layer of plastic on the outside of the dome.

 The Standard Hubs are the easiest Dome Hubs to manufacture.

Tools Needed to Manufacture the Standard Hubs: A Power Hand Drill and Carpenter's Hand Saw will work, but a Chop Saw and Drill Press makes manufacturing the hubs much easier.

 

 

 

Each 2v Tunnel Dome with 3 Extensions Download Contains:

  • A Manufacturing Manual with step by step details on how to make our patented Standard hubs. (26 pages with color photographs for each step.)
  • The correct bit size for drilling the hub outer collar for each strut diameter and type.
  • Complete instructions for using 1", 3/4", 1/2" Schedule 40 PVC Pipe, or 1", 3/4", 1/2" EMT Conduit, or 32mm, 25mm OD Metric Pipe for making your own Geodesic Dome struts.
  • The lengths for cutting the geodesic dome struts to make each dome size.
  • An assembly video and construction diagram for building the dome.
  • A 2v Tunnel Dome with 3 Extensions Calculator to help you build a dome of any size.
  • A License that authorizes you to legally manufacture up to 3 Geodesic Domes using our patented hub design.
